In addition to the exciting work I do as an executive coach, I’m also on a mission to change the narrative about women’s ambition and ability to thrive in leadership positions in a healthier way. This is why I created Gloria, a national coaching service for women. Our coaching complements medical support to ensure not only physical wellness, but also proactive leadership development and continuity. We’re an essential part of a holistic approach to support women in addition to other forms of care.
